So how much do we benefit by slogging it out on a treadmill at the gym? and how much do we enjoy it? It is interesting as regardless of the goal it seems the experts are more and more telling us that endless hours of Cardio is not the answer - regardless of the question. Unless your aim is to look like an Iron man triathlete - personally I find that they look older than they are and a little sick then Cardio and more cardio is not what you are looking for.

This morning this post from James Wilson arrived in my inbox and with Spring on the horizon I thought that I would share some great exercises to help get you ready for the biking season and put a little challenge into your workout. The great thing about bodyweight exercises is that you don't need to go to the gym to do them! This quick bodyweight routine is a great addition to your existing workout or to get you started in the morning at home.
